Constipation is one of the problems associated with hemorrhoids,due to the unusual amount of straining this is a contributing factor to hemorrhoids.so I thought I would cover the common causes of constipation and 3 different natural product that will rid you of it without costing you, an arm and a leg.

First of all, Constipation is defined as having a bowel movement fewer than three times per week. Your stools are usually hard, dry small in size.You are also likely to find it painful to have a bowel movement and often experience straining, bloating, and the sensation of a full bowel.

The main cause of constipation can be found in a person’s diet. Fiber is essential to digestive health as well as drinking enough water or fluids and by that I mean between 2.6-3.7 pints per day and in warmer climes a little more.

We don’t often think that constipation is a common side effect of many medications. Diuretics and anti-depressants often cause constipation in patients.So if you are on medication and get constipated to ask your doctor to prescribe something else.

The first natural product I would like to cover is RAMSONS latin name Allium ursinum its common name is Wild Garlic, Broad leaved Garlic or Wood Garlic.It is out of the scope of this article to describe the plant itself.

The leaves when dry loose their medicinal properties,they are used fresh.You can chop the leaves up fine and put them on buttered bread,or put the uncooked leaves in your soup as seasoning.Young leaves are best gathered before the time of flowering.If you have a sensitive stomach pour warm milk over the finely chopped leaves let it soak for 2 to 3 hours and then sip this liquid.

The Second one is the WALNUT latin name Juglans regia common names are Jupiters nut and common Walnut.The leaves are gathered in June and a tea is made with them like this.Pour half a pint of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon of finely cut leaves let it infuse for 5-minute filters the leaves out and drinks your tea.

Third natural product is Figs and Prunes to soak them overnight in cold water,warm them up before eating them for breakfast,in addition to these method take 3 tablespoons of Linseed with a little water during every single meal and your digestion will return to normal.
