I’ve had them for about a year now but didn’t realize it until recently. I might have assumed the whole time that it was solely a drawback with my prostate LOL plus nothing else. You need a lot of extra veggies and complete grain foods, plus a large less red meat and refined white bread. You need fresh fruit and salads too, and lots of water plus other fluids. You don’t want a lot of alcohol. If constipation is a problem, and you just can ‘t go without straining, you may benefit of adding a tumbler up of a drinkable fiber mix to the morning routine. A stool softener will also help so you do not need to strain. You should still use the cream for symptom relief.

However, if you really want to get rid of them, you will have to change your diet. Otherwise, the state up of affairs just gets worse and worse.
